Refund and Returns Policy

Pramarth India Foundation has established a donation refund policy to ensure transparency in processing refund requests, given the increasing prevalence of digital payments. It is expected that donors exercise due diligence, and in the event of an error or a change of mind, Pramarth India Foundation will review and endeavor to process refund requests. The organization may seek an explanation, require further user verification, and documentation as proof of the donation.

To initiate a refund, your request should include details such as the Date of Donation, Amount of Donation, and Mode of Donation (Credit Card or Online Payment). This request must reach Pramarth India Foundation’s office within 7 days of the donation date, whether made online, electronically, or through other means.

The refund process may take 7 to 30 working days, contingent on information availability from third parties like Payment Gateways and Banks.

Pramarth India Foundation retains the discretion to decline refund requests, especially if a tax exemption certificate has been issued. Refund requests can be directed to:
